Main feature
Electronic single-blade cutter is with vertical engraving rolls, used toilet or translucent soap finishing line for preparing soap billets for soap stamping machine. All electric components are supplied by Siemens. Split boxes supplied by professional company are used for whole servo and PLC control system. The machine is noise free.
Cutting accuracy ± 1 gram in weight and 0.3 mm in length.

Soap cutting width: 120 mm max.
Soap cutting length: 60 to 999 mm
Cutting speed: 20 to 220 pcs/min
Configurations:
This is a mechatronic product including professional split boxes, PLC, servo control and servo motor.
All parts in contact with soap are made from stainless steel or aviation hard aluminum alloy.
Frequency control, PLC, servo motor, servo drive and touch screen are supplied by Siemens, Germany,
Angle encoder by Nemicon, Japan.
Part of the electric components by Schneider, France.
