Equipment Description
The horizontal ribbon mixer is composed of a U-shaped container, a ribbon mixing blade and a transmission part; the ribbon-shaped blade is a double-layer structure, the outer spiral gathers the material from both sides to the center, and the inner spiral collects the material from the center to both sides. Side delivery to create convective mixing. The ribbon mixer has a good effect on the mixing of viscous or cohesive powders and the mixing of liquid and pasty materials in the powders. Using PLC and touch screen control, the screen can display the speed and set the mixing time, and the mixing time is displayed on the screen.
The motor can be started after pouring the material

The machine is a horizontal cylinder with a symmetrically distributed structure of single-axis double-screw belts. The barrel of the mixer is U-shaped, and there is a feeding port on the top cover or the upper part of the barrel, and a spraying liquid adding device can be installed on it according to the needs of the user. A single-shaft rotor is installed in the barrel, and the rotor is composed of a shaft, a cross brace and a spiral belt.
A pneumatic (manual) flap valve is installed in the center of the bottom of the cylinder. The arc valve is tightly embedded in the cylinder and is flush with the inner wall of the cylinder. There is no material accumulation and mixing dead angle. No leaks.
The disconnected ribbon structure, compared with the continuous ribbon, has a greater shearing motion on the material, and can make the material form more eddies in the flow, which speeds up the mixing speed and improves the mixing uniformity.
A jacket can be added outside the barrel of the mixer, and cooling or heating of the material can be achieved by injecting cold and hot media into the jacket; cooling is generally pumped into industrial water, and heating can be fed into steam or electric conduction oil.
