Equipment Description
This machine is composed of five sections, the first section is for purging and dust removal, the second, third and fourth sections are for ultraviolet lamp sterilization, and the fifth section is for transition.
The purge section is composed of eight blowing outlets, three on the upper and lower sides, one on the left and one on the left and right, and a snail supercharged blower is randomly equipped.
Each section of the sterilization section is irradiated by twelve quartz glass ultraviolet germicidal lamps, four lamps on the top and bottom of each section, and two lamps on the left and right. The stainless steel cover plates on the upper, lower, left, and right sides can be easily removed for easy maintenance.
The entire sterilization system uses two curtains at the entrance and exit, so that the ultraviolet rays can be effectively isolated in the sterilization channel.
The main body of the whole machine is made of stainless steel, and the drive shaft is also made of stainless steel
