DCS Control System
DMF recovery process is a typical chemical distillation process, characterized by a large degree of correlation between process parameters and a high requirement for recovery indicators. From the current situation, the conventional instrument system is difficult to achieve real-time and effective monitoring of the process, so the control is often unstable and the composition exceeds the standard, which affects the production efficiency of enterprises. For this reason, our company and Beijing University of Chemical Technology jointly developed THE DCS control system of DMF recycling engineering computer.

In the light of the dry & wet production lines of the synthetic leather enterprises emitted DMF exhaust gas, the DMF waste gas recovery plant can make the exhaust reaches the requirements of environmental protection, and recycling the DMF components, using high performance fillers make DMF recovery efficiency higher. The DMF recovery can reach above 95%.

DMF Solvent Recovery Plant
After the DMF solvent from the production process is preheated, it enters the dehydrating column. The dehydrating column is provided with heat source by the steam on the top of the rectification column. The DMF in the column tank is concentrated and pumped into the evaporation tank by the discharge pump. After the waste solvent in the evaporation tank is heated by the feed heater, the vapor phase enters the rectification column for rectification, and part of the water is recovered and returned to the evaporation tank with DMF for re-evaporation. DMF is extracted from distillation column and processed in deacidification column. The DMF produced from the side line of the deacidification column is cooled and fed into the DMF finished product tank.
