To match the company’s capacity expansion strategy and address the capacity bottleneck issue of the original 50-ton/Day DMF recovery plant, this capacity expansion technology transformation project is implemented.
II. Core Objectives
1. Capacity Target: Increase the daily DMF solvent recovery capacity from 50 tons to 75 tons.
2. Efficiency Target: Increase the recovery rate from 99.5% to 99.9%, and maintain the product purity above 99.7%.
3. Energy Efficiency Target: Reduce the unit product comprehensive energy consumption by 30%.
III. Key Technical Upgrade Points
1. Core Equipment Expansion and Optimization: Conduct calculations and replacements for core equipment such as distillation towers, reboilers, and condensers to ensure stable and efficient operation under 75-ton conditions.
2. Process Flow Optimization: Adopt (for example: multi-effect evaporation, heat pump distillation, etc.) technologies to achieve energy cascade utilization, significantly reducing steam consumption.
3. Automation Control System Upgrade: Introduce DCS/SIS systems to achieve precise control throughout the process, enhancing operational safety and stability, and reducing human errors.
IV. Project Outcomes

essfully achieved the designed processing capacity of 75 tons/Day, with a capacity increase of 50%.
• Economic Benefits: It is estimated that the annual additional DMF recovery will be 60000tons, and the annual savings in raw material costs will be approximately 360 million yuan.
• Social Benefits: Strengthened the company’s image as a green factory, in line with national circular economy and clean production policy guidelines.
