Automatic Cans De-palletizer Model SPDP-H1800
Firstly moving the empty cans to the designated position manually (with cans mouth upward) and turn on the switch, the system will identify the empty cans pallet height by photoelectric detect. Then empty cans will be pushed to the joint board and then the transitional belt waiting for use. Per feedback from the unscrambling machine, cans will be transported forward accordingly. Once one layer gets unloaded, system will remind people automatically to take away the cardboard between layers.

Vacuum Feeder Model ZKS
ZKS vacuum feeder unit is using whirlpool air pump extracting air. The inlet of absorption material tap and whole system is made to be in vacuum state. The powder grains of material are absorbed into the material tap with ambient air and formed to be the air flowing with material. Passing the absorption material tube, they arrive to the hopper. The air and materials are separated in it. The separated materials are sent to the receiving material device. The control center controls the “on/off” state of pneumatic triple valve for feeding or discharging the materials.

DMF Solvent Recovery Plant

In view of the different concentrations of DMAC waste water, adopt different treatment processes of multi-effect distillation or heat pump distillation, can recycle waste water of low concentration > 2%, so that the low concentration wastewater recycling has considerable economic benefits. DMAC wastewater treatment capacity is 5~ 30t / h. Recovery ≥99%.

Dryer and DMA Treatment Plant
